Who this is for

Teams delegating faster than they are deciding.

Decisions now pass through a machine before they reach a person. A thousand small choices an hour, each one too quick to register as a choice.

It matters most where the answer arrives fast and the stakes are high: health, finance, hiring, legal, education, public administration. The sectors the AI Act calls high-risk are the same ones where a confident machine answer is hardest to argue with.

It doesn't slow the machine. It slows the human decision moment.

Inside a pilot

A before and after on one class of your own decisions.

You keep the record. Numbers on one side, your own words on the other.

  4. 04 THE WEEKS THAT COUNTYour team, your decisions, the record still running. This is the part that cannot be compressed.

Nobody leaves with a checklist. Everybody leaves knowing where their own decision actually happens.

Two ways in. One for the decisions you make a hundred times a day. One for the decision you make once and cannot take back.

The operational pilot

Works on speed and volume. Triage, underwriting, screening, moderation, first-pass legal, wherever the machine answers before the person does.

The record is numbers pulled from your own systems: how often a person changed what the machine proposed, how long the decision took, and what had to be reopened later.

Eight to ten weeks. Four or five days of mine.

The strategic pilot

Works on the choices that shape everything after them. Leadership calls, investments, moves you cannot undo.

The record is your own position, written before the room and the machine weighed in, set against what you finally decided and why it moved.

Six to eight weeks. Three or four days of mine.

In English, French and Italian. Access is by invitation, inside a pilot.

Delivered at the Collège du Léman in Geneva, with Women in AI Switzerland. Every family left with a toolkit and a written agreement on AI use at home.

The first organisational pilots are being scoped now. The method is deposited and dated, and what it does in a room has already been tested on people.
